- The sources sought originally published on April 14, 2005 is hereby amended to read: Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth (NRCC-L) is seeking small business sources capable of providing analytical support services for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Analysis Center (TRAC), Fort Leavenworth (FLVN), Kansas and supported activities at other U.S. locations and TRAC, White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico and supported activities at other U.S. locations. The TRADOC Analysis Center (TRAC) is the principal operations research activity for the U.S. Army Training and Doc trine Command (TRADOC) and conducts analyses and studies that provide senior decision-makers with information necessary to make decisions regarding proposed concepts, requirements, and programs. This is accomplished by supporting leaders and soldiers with operations analyses, experimentation, warfighting scenarios, combat modeling and simulations, operational effectiveness analysis, and planning and decision aids. TRAC leads the TRADOC team in conducting major studies and analysis to support Army Doctrine , Organization, Training, Materiel, Logistics, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) issues associated with the transforming Army. In providing this support, TRAC develops, manages, operates, and maintains the analytic support infrastructure (tools, scenari os, data, and simulations) to enable analysis of Army combined arms operations in a joint and coalition context. TRAC also identifies critical warfighting requirements based on technologies and concepts often in the form of technical reports or related do cumentation which may include graphical design, which would effectively and efficiently integrate operational capabilities among the DOTMLPF areas. This solicitation also includes the analysis related support functions of computer operations and maintenan ce, security, administration, graphics, supply, and technical editing. All these services are classified under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541690, with a small business size of $6 million. Multiple awards for the TRAC-FLV N location and multiple awards for the TRAC-WSMR location are anticipated. Indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contracts are anticipated, each with a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Both the TRAC-FLVN a nd the TRAC-WSMR requirements are anticipated 100% small business set-asides. Responses shall include company name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, email address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number and CAGE Code. This noti ce is not a request for proposals and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation from the information received. No contract award will be made on the basis of respons es received; however, the information will be used in NRCC-Ls assessment of capable sources. Responses should be submitted by 2pm (Central Time) April 29, 2005.
