This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. DESCRIPTION: 48 (forty-eight) Digital Camcorders. REQUIREMENTS: This is a Brand-name synopcitation for the following: Panasonic PV-GS400 3-CCD Digital Camcorder/Reg, P/N: PAPVGS400/PVGS400, 96 (ninety-six) Panasonic CGR-DU21/1B 6-3/4 HR DVC batteries/Reg P/N: PACGADU211B/CGADU211B, and 48 (forty-eight) Power-2000 Charger f/Panasonic CGA DU-7/14/21 BTT/REG PN: POCCGADU7/QP107.
