- Description
- This acquisition is to provide engineering services support for the AN/ALQ-172(V) Electronic Countermeasures System (ECMS) applicable to B-52H, MC-130E/H and AC-130U aircraft. The contractor will provide engineering services support for the AN/ALQ-172(V)1 ECP 93 and (V)3 Lowband Block Cycle 1, the AN/ALQ-172(V)2 ECMI Block Cycle 4, the AN/ALQ-172(V)2 ECMI Block Cycle 5, and other software projects. The contractor will provide on-site support at Robins AFB and other government facilities, as well as at the contractor?s facility. Period of performance will be 12 months with a 12-month option period. Solicitation will be issued sole source to ITT Avionics, Clifton, NJ. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
