This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, brand name only, firm fixed price contract to Harris Corp RF Communications, 1680 University Ave. Rochester, NY 14610 for the following communications gear: 673-90F-05-0030: Six (6) 400 Watt Mini Transmit sys, Part no. RF-5800H-TM003; Six (6) Coupler case, Part no. 10564-6043-01; Six (6) Cable Real Assy, Part no. 10564-6044-01 ; Six (6) Cable Real Assy, Part no. 10564-6044-02 ; Six (6) 400 Watt Auto Antenna, Part no. RF-382A-15 ; Six (6) Ext High HF Crossed Diope Ant, Part no. RF1938AT-10 ; One (1) Ant., L/W Port Dipole, Part no10372-0250-01. 673-90F-05-0031: Eight (8) Each Top Bom AML03, Part no 10564-6040-01; Nineteen (19) Ext High HF Crossed Dipole Ant., Part no RF-1938AT-10; thirteen (13) Portable HF Dipole Ant, part no RF-1940-AT001. No substitutes will be accepted. This procurement will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
