- This is a potential combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is for Market Research in accordance with FAR Subpart 10; information is being requested to determine available sources and new entrants into Federal Contracting, that are available in the marketplace for meeting the requirements of the agency. DE-RI65-05WG69538 is issued as a Request for Information. Sample Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. Note: This may change if a follow-on solicitation is issued. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334210. The offeror must also provide it???s , Contractor Establishment code (DUNS Number) and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Potential sources are requested to provide documentation (not to exceed 100 pages) as to their capabilities and possible solutions for the Statement of Work. Cost Estimates and at least 3 past performance references. The written proposals and the above, required, information must be received at this office on or before 16 May 2005 by 12:00PM Pacific Time.
