- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), has a requirement for the production of Foot and Mouth disease antigens and if required, finish antigens into final vaccine. The solicitation, 007-M-APHIS-05, will be released on or about May 7, 2005. A firm fixed priced requirements contract is anticipated. The solicitation will not be posted on this site. The Solicitation and specifications will be made available only by request.
