- Solicitation for National Stock Number (NSN): 6105-01-186-6544, Motor, Torque. Approved source: Kollmorgen Corporation., Part Number QT-1211A. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. In accordance with (IAW) QAP 001. Requested delivery is 269 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is non-commercial. Solicitation will include 100% quantity option requirement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at: http://progate.daps.mil/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
