Specifications, plans and drawings are not available. The Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore. the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source. Approved source for all NSN's: GENTEX CORP (97427) Request for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. This solicitation will be available on its issue date 5/6/05 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
