- 17. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a commercial sole source purchase order for one five-user license for McCabe Test software with add-ons and maintenance. This test software will provide required test coverage metrics for products developed by DISA to be used by testers, evaluators, and other government personnel. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Award is anticipated o/a May 09, 2005.
