- Description
- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation for the repair of 17 each low voltage power supplies, NSN 6130-01-285-0006EW, P/N 312363-103, applicable to the AN/ALQ-131. Delivery schedule: All repair deliveries shall start 45 days after ARO items, with a delivery schedule of 3 each per month. The approximate solicitation issue date is 3 March 2005, with the approximate response date of 3 April 2005. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Eldec Corporation, 16700 13th Avenue, West, Lynnwood, WA 98036, CAGE code 08748, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. See Notes 22 & 26. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 30 days of the synopsis publication date. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Late responses will not be accepted.
