- Description
- The FHWA intends to negotiate a contract with the National Academy of Sciences, Transportation Research Board (NAS/TRB)to study the current and expected future supply of and demand for adequately trained experts in highway safety engineering, program administration, research, and evaluation. The NAS/TRB is the only known source possessing the unique knowledge, experience and expertise to fulfill this requirement. Note 22 applies.
