- Multiple award term contract in each of 3 categories for various Government Departments and Agencies within Printing Region 4. Beginning June 1, 2005, and ending May 31, 2006. Quality Levels III and IV are required. These specifications cover the production of envelopes requiring such operations as electronic prepress, composition, films, printing, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 80 orders per year; approximately 69% Category 1 (quantities 1,000 to 5,000 envelopes), approximately 14% Category 2 (quantities 5,001 ? 10,000 envelopes), and approximately 17% Category 3 (quantities 10,001 ? 50,000 envelopes). TRIM SIZE: up to and including 10 x 15". Deliver f.o.b. destination to various locations. Complete production and delivery is required within the number of workdays indicated on the individual print order; occasional orders may be required in less than 3 workdays. Complete specifications will be available on the Atlanta GPO web site once they are issued. Target date for availability is April 21, 2005.
