- FISC San Diego Contract Dept intends to award a purchase order using FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5 procedures to procure Safety Officer/Parachute Rigger support services to help maintian equipment airdelivery and life support systems annd perform support task as detailed in the Statement of Work. Estimated award date is 15 May 05 with services to start 1 Aug 05 with a base period of one year and four option years for a total five years of performance. Contractor must have a security clearance at the level of "Secret". This RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-aside. See Note 1
