- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department intends to solicit for 91,000 ea. Drug Screening Kits (Tri-Drug) - THC/Cocaine/Methamphetamine for vitro diagnostic use (50NG/ML-THC, 150NG/ML-Cocaine, 1000NG/ML Methamphetamine). Contractors will be required to submit an active FDA 510K clearance for each of the (3) tolerance levels. The delivery dates for the Drug Screening Kits will be 30 days after date of award for the first shipment of 45,650 kits and 60 days after date of award for the second shipment of 45,350 kits. The Navy intends to solicit on an unrestricted basis for a commercial item, firm fixed price type order. The evaluation for award will be a combination of price and past performance. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 424210. It is anticipated that the Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be posted at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (www.neco.navy.mil).
