- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department intends to solicit for new screening technology to establish a reliable means of predicting candidate performance and reducing attrition once an applicant is accepted to a particular program of training. The goal is to provide the Navy a validated predictive instrument that, when properly employed, will reduce attrition and enhance effectiveness and efficiency of candiate selection. This requirement is solicited as a best value, full and open competitive acquistion. The Government will consider the offerors technical proposal more important than price/cost. All interested parties may submit a proposal for this requirement. The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 611710. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this requirement shall be posted at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (www.neco.navy.mil).
