- This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. No plans or Specs will be issued. Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract to Concur Inc. for Continuation of mediation for the Lake Tahoe Science Consortium structure framework. Key components of this work include providing technical assistance to extend mediation and facilitated stakeholder discussions to Lake Tahoe Basin management agencies All interested parties may provide a statement of their qualifications and any related work experience, no more than 2 pages in length. The period of performance for this Contract will have a contract completion date of 30 November 2005. This is not a requ est for competitive proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government. All responses are due to US Army Engineering District, Sacramento Office, Attention: Christo pher Swendsen, 1325 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95814, not later than 05:00pm PST on April 29, 2005. This action will be conducted under FSC Code B499, SIC Code 8742, NAICS Code 541620. The size standard is 500 employees.
