- DESCRIPTION: Furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, parts, fuel, equipment, vehicles and transportation to perform the following work: emergency and non-routine work, cleaning services, gra ss mowing, janitorial services, part attendant services, beaches, playgrounds, water testing and san filter sewer systems, marking and painting boundary lines, herbicide application, cleaning remote areas, pavement, striping, very limited construction and a variety of other services associated with the operation of the water resources project at Cordell Hull Lake, Carthage, Tennessee. Cordell Hull Lake is located on the Cumberland Riber and the dam is 60 miles easst of Nashville, Tennessee. The areas of work are located in Smith and Jackson Counties Tennessee. Solicitations will be available on or about 30 May 2005 on the Internet at Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit meeting and tour, date and time to be announced in the solicitation. Please check the solicitation for the proposal due date, which will be approximately six weeks after the initial posting date of the solicitation. Work to begin on or about 01 November 2005 with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
