- A VISAIDS Bidders Conference is scheduled on 9 May 2005 Location: Basrah International Airport Time: 1300 hours Bidding will be extended to: 24 May 2005, 1700 hours All questions will being addressed at the conference must be submitted by 1 May 2005 to robert.race@pco-iraq.net, please no phone calls. Those interested in attending need to submit COMPANY NAME, NAME OF INDIVIDUALS ATTENDING, PASSPORT PICTURE / PASSPORT NUMBER / and SIGNATURE PAGE of passport, Please send data to Robert Race (robert.race@pco-iraq.net) and to Robert Vanoer (robert.vanoer@tac01.usace.army.mil) no later than 1700 hours 1 May 05. Please limit attendance to no more then two (2) people per company. Details of the conference will be sent to those that have signed up by the required time. As Built drawings will available for review and submitted questions will be answered. Drawings will not be removed from the conference site. Anticipate a site walk.
