- Description
- Work will include, but not be limited to all plant, labor and materials to renovate selected areas in the Air Terminal. Remodel old baggage area into a 3rd outbound lounge, to include: new restrooms, passenger holding area, children's play room, nursery, flooring, ceiling, wall coverings and emergency exit; renovate DV lounge and restrooms and restrooms in existing outbound lounge; renovate 2 break areas; enclose breezeway between new and older terminal bldg. Apply new wall coverings, provide employee restrooms on 1st flr; renovate AMCC kitchen, wall off vending machines; replace duct in outbound lounge, old inbound lounge, and DV lounge; provide fire suppression system in renovated areas. Include demolition, disposal, asbestos abatement, and all related work for a complete usable project.
