- THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. NSN 3110-01-194-2297, YPG05071000959, Plate, Retaining, Bearing. Sole source item to Rolls-Royce Corp. (cage 63005), P/N 23031582, Dwg. 23031582, Rev. C dated 18 DEC 87. Acceptable source is Pye & Hogan (06320). DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. Soliciting for a basic quantity of 788 EA and a 100% option quantity of 788 EA. Critical application item. FOB destination. Inspection/acceptance at origin. QAP-B03. Delivery is 90 DARO. Other than full & open competition. Unrestricted. Deliveries expected to go Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is expected to be April 25, 2004.
