- I/A/W (81755) Drawing C8903, Rev. AY and all applicable documents listed on SQAP011932299. Contractors not previously waived for First Article Testing will be required to complete Government First Article Testing. Government Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Approved sources are Lockheed (81755), Ducommun Technologies (08719), RLC Electronics (12598), and Dow Key Microwave Corp (00471). Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 23-each 60 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 25-each every 30 days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various Increments Solicited: 15 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 49, 50 to 74, 75 to 99, and 100 to 125. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Full and Open Competition applies. See notes 1 and 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date of 5-MAY-2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, Purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is restricted. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed three years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
