(03487) P/N A61-14A, A 12-month Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQC) with two 12-month option periods is anticipated. Pricing is sought for the following Quantity Price Break Ranges: 24 each ? 49 each, 50 each ? 99 each, 100 each ? 149 each, 150 each ? 249 each, 250 each ? 399 each, 400 each ? 524 each. Requested delivery is 24 each in 90 days, any balance to be delivered at the rate of 24 each every 30 days thereafter until completed. F.O.B. Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All shipping destinations to be CONUS DLA stock locations. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Full and Open Competition applies. See Note # 26.
