- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide for the occupational health services at the Washington, D.C. facility. BEP anticipates awarding a Performance Based Service Contract. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. Please indicate whether your company is a large, small, disadvantaged, or woman-owned business. The NAICS Code is 621399, Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners. The size standard is $6.0 million or less in annual receipts to be considered a small business. The BEP anticipates issuing the subject solicitation by March 30, 2005, for a Firm Fixed-Price type contract. The period of performance will include a one year base from the date of contract award, with four one year options. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.eps.gov or www.FedBizOpps.gov. Interested sources may submit a written request, which includes an email address, to be placed on a mailing list for notification when the solicitation has been issued. Requests and inquires may be faxed to 202-874-2200 or emailed to victor.chavez@bep.treas.gov. Telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit an offer upon receipt of the solicitation, which, shall be considered by the Agency.
