- The National Business Center, Finance and Procurement Systems Division (FPSD) provide financial systems support services to a diverse group of Federal client organizations. The NBC FPSDs client services include hosting financial accounting applications; database management; configuration management; disaster recovery services; developing, enhancing, and maintaining custom financial management software; performing structured system testing for new financial accounting software releases; reporting and tracking the status of identified software problems; providing implementation and conversion support for clients migrating to new financial systems; developing custom financial reports, developing and maintaining interfaces between external systems and accounting application; providing system and application security management; and providing end-user and management training and on-site customer support. The NBC FPSD has a requirement for contract support to assist in meeting specific tasks associated with the functions of the organization. The following is a list of potential tasks (the work and funds will be assigned by individual task orders) 1. User Requirements Analysis 2. Functional Analysis and Design 3. Software Testing 4. Report Development 5. Interface Development 6. Training 7. System Implementation and Conversion Support 8. Functional and Technical Support 9. Technical Writing Support The issue date for the Solicitation is April 18, 2005. Proposals will be due on May 13, 2005. Award will be made on an all or none basis. This is an 8(a) Competitive. All responsible sources may submit an offer in response to the Solicitation, which will be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541611(size standard NTE $6,000,000.) All responsible firms who believe that they are capable of furnishing this required service are invited to submit in writing an affirmative response to this Announcement by 4:00 p.m. MTN time on Monday April 25, 2005.
