- This notification is to inform the public that solicitation W81XWH-05-T-0295 is hereby cancelled in its entirety. It has been replace with solicitation W81XWH-05-T-0414. This requirement is still 100% set-aside for small businesses only. The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to enter into a contract for a web-based data management system to support the services of an FDA regulated Phase III clinical trial conducted at multiple sites within the Continential United States and possib ly at foreign locations. In accordance with DFAR 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Departmen to Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the follow ing website: www.ccr.gov or by calling (888) 227-2423. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511 with a size standard of $21,000,000 million in average annual receipts. Proposals will be evaluated on a Be st Value basis and any resulting contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price using Performance Based Service Acquistion (PBSA) procedures. The period of performance will be forty three (43) months. The estimated date of award will be 01 June 2005.
