- Western Regional Medical Center will be soliciting for personal services of one (1) Physical Therapist, (1) Physical Therapy Assistant, and (1) Physical Therapy Aide to perform physical therapy services at the medical treatment facility (MTF) Califor nia Medical Detachment, Presidio of Monterey Army Health Clinic, Presidio of Monterey, California. This requirement requires an All or None response. Any contractor providing offers for less than the three positions will not be considered. Solicitatio n will be posted via EDI transmission for publication in FedBizOps. Questions may be emailed to sandra.broten@us.army.mil. Firm Fixed Price award, base year (date of award through 12 months), plus four-option years is anticipated. Responses to solicit ation can be sent via FAX (253) 968-4923 or email. Anticipated release date of solicitation through the EDI portal to FedBizOps will be on/about Friday 13 May 05. Required performance to begin on/about 15 August 2005.
