- CONTACT Rosemary Bruno, Electronics Engineer, (732) 532-1603. Sources sought to provide Overhaul and Repair (O&R) services for spare parts for the AN/TSQ-198, Tactical Terminal Control System (TTCS). This system is a mobile communications system, pr oviding air traffic services at remote landing, drop, and pickup zones. The Government does not possess any specifications and/or detailed drawings for the spares to be O&R. The TTCS was designed and manufactured by Raytheon Company, Fort Wayne, IN. Rayt heon owns all of the specifications and drawings for the system. Suppliers capable of servicing these TTCS spare parts should contact the government via electronic mail before 2 May 05. Submissions may be directed to Rosemary.Bruno@mail1.monmouth.army.mil. The response must include documentation stating that the suppli er is capable of overhauling and repairing the spares to their original serviceable condition, i.e. they are completely, functionally and physically, interchangeable with the existing parts.
