Description: The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) intends to award on a sole source basis to Kalmar RT Center a time-and-materials services contract to update/revise the logistics support package for the Army Rough Terrain Container Handler (RTCH), NSN 3930-01-473-3998, manufactured by KALMAR. The requirement is to update the existing Provisioning Master Record (PMR) for the RTCH (PCCN CBIGFT), to add the current configuration for the Army version under a new Provisioning Control Code (PCC).
