- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC has a requirement for a renewal of a 52 LS-DYNA Right to Use(RTU) software license subscription. A request for quotation will be issued on a sole source basis to Livermore Software Technology Corporation (LSTC), 7374 Las Positas Road, Livermore, CA 94551, under FAR 6.302-1 because the company has a unique capability to perform the required services and no other source can satisfy the Government?s requirements. The period of performance is planned to be 5/1/05 through 4/30/06. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated.
