- Interior Improvement - ATCT Lincoln, Ne. - Engine Generator room/Telco Room, Mechanical Equipment Room, Equipment Main Room Clean and paints floors (epoxy floor paint). Repair and paint walls, replace suspended ceiling tiles, replace lights, clean diffusers. Remove wood paneling and replace with drywall. Remove and replace sink drainpipe. All restrooms - replace ceramic floor tile, replace sinks, toilets, and fixtures, and replace exhaust fans. TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE $100,000 TO $250,000
