- The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to procure the services of an 8a contractor to performance Post Endorsement Technical Reviews for all geographic areas under the jurisdiction of its Santa Ana Homeownership Center. This includes Alaska, Arizona, California, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. HUD anticipates awarding one performance-based contract to perform these services. The anticipated performance period is a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. This is a 100% 8a set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 531390 with a small business size standard of $1.5 million. The anticipated posting date is May 20, 2005.
