- Description
- The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Research Triangle Park, North Carolina is interested in obtaining physical fitness program services for a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 200 memberships for the Institute's employees. The Contractor shall provide state-of-the-art cardiovascular/weight training equipment, aerobics/stretching classes and individualized fitness program for each participant. The Contractor shall be required to perform these requirements within the Raleigh/Durham and Chapel Hill, NC area. The period of performance shall begin July 1, 2005 or date of award and continue for one year, with four one-year option renewal periods. This is a requirements contract and will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation No. 273-05-P-0008 will be issued on or about 15 calendar days after publication of this notice with a closing date of 30 calendar days after issue date. All responsible may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. *****
