- The USDA (Foreign Agricultural Service) intends to award, as a sole source, a fixed price contract to Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI) for in-country logistical and programatic support related for two 5 day dairy or meat HACCP seminars to be held in Ramallah and Gaza City. Food seminars to take place starting April 25, 2005.
