- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 effective 05 April 2004. The requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. The NAICS Code is 336611 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1000 employees. Solicitation number DTCG28-05-Q-3NS481 applies. A Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order is anticipated. The Contractor to provide all equipment, labor and materials to Renew Deck Covering Systems in (12) Compartments; CO / XO Passageway 01-52-0-L (125sqft), 26 Passageway 1-26-2-L (120sqft), 103 Passageway 1-103-1-L (56sqft). [Renew black vinyl base cove in these THREE spaces, AND install one-step OVER existing one-step.] TrashCompactor Room 1-186-3-Q (150sqft), Officer Shower 01-68-2-L (6.25sqft), Officer Shower 01-81-1-L (6.25sqft), Officer Shower 01-89-2-L (10.5sqft), Officer Head 01-94-2-L (22sqft), DeckForce Head/Shwr 1-51-2-L (100sqft), FN Head/Shwr 2-59-2-L (40sqft). [Renew One-step in these NINE spaces IAW MLCA standard specifications, by taking up old deck and preping and priming surface prior to underlayment and one-step installation.] New deck shall be One-Step Epoxy Resin. Color: LIGHT RICKLES BROWN. All work to be accomplished in accordance with the MLCA Standard Specifications 6341_STD, Renew Deck Covering Systems Appendix B, 2004 Edition.
