- Sole source, multi-year (2) acquisition using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to acquire Consultative Services to strengthen the Agency's HIV/AIDS programs in Eastern Europe. Consultant will strengthen the quality and timeliness of applications, implementation and monitoring of the HIV/AIDS components of the Global Fund for AIDS, TB and Malaria (GFATM) grants; assess and strengthen HIV/AIDS disease surveillance systems; and document experience and identify lessons learned and best practices of stakeholders.
