- Description
- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is seeking sources that can provide maintenance services on government-owned instruments and equipment; manufactured by Beckman, Tomy and Sorvall, at the NIH, Rocky Mountain Laboratories, Hamilton, MT. Solicitation will result in a Fixed-price contract for a base year with the option for four additional years. Contractor shall be required to perform on-site preventive maintenance inspections, and emergency repair services. The types of instruments/equipment are 26 centrifuges, 18 ultra-centrifuges, 1 chromatograph instrument, 4 nuclear instruments, 7 spectrophotometers and 1 imaging instrument. Response time for emergency repairs shall be within 48 hours. Potential offerors should send a capability statement to Carolyn Wilder at cwilder@niaid.nih.gov or to the above address by 2:00 pm on December 30, 2004, describing the ability to meet these requirements.
