- Description
- The U.S. Agency for International Development is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide the training services described herein. It is anticipated that one indefinite quantity contract will be awarded for these services. The ceiling price for this contract $50 Million for a five-year period. This solicitation strongly supports subcontracting with small businesses and requires a subcontracting plan with a USAID goal of 15%. There will be no bidders' list. Because this solicitation encourages subcontracting with small businesses and other types of entities, prospective offerors are encouraged to view the "Interested Vendors List" module on the FedBizOpps website.
