- 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes both the synopsis and the solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is hereby attached, issued and constitutes the written solicitation. The Solicitation number is N00244-05-T-0509. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-14 and class deviation 2002-00003. This solicitation is issued as NON-RESTRICTED. NAICS Code 336413 (AIRCRAFT PARTS) and business size standard of 1000 employees is applicable. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center-San Diego (FISCSD N00244) is announcing a requirement for the following: 10 each HOUSING, PART NUMBER 181856-5, NEXT HIGHER ASSEMBLY: AUTUATOR P/N 181800, NIIN: 01-125-3092 FIC: P1X2. MANUFACTURER: CURTISS-WRIGHT SYSTEMS, PINE BROOK, NJ. CAGE CODE 71791.CONTRACTOR MUST BE CERTIFIED BY THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANAGER (OEM). FAR Clause 52.211-5 Brand Name or Equal is NOT applicable to this solicitation. All material is to be delivered to the Receiving Officer, Naval Air Depot (NAVAIRDEP) Bldg. 94, P.O. Box 357058 San Diego, CA 92135-7058. THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED MATERIAL (GFM). The delivery date is (10) days After Receipt Of Order or sooner. All material will be inspected and accepted at DESTINATION. Contractors are required to provide descriptive technical literature per FAR 52.212-1(b)(4). IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 ?Central Contractor Registration? (CCR) is required and applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6-1-98.
