- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to negotiate a contract to provide a condition assessment and to perform repairs, based on the assessment, to the historic Two Bush Lighthouse located at the Petit Manan National Wildlife Refuge, Milbridge, Maine. Negotiations will be held with International Chimney Corporation of Williamsville, NY, under the authority of Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated. No solicitation will be made available, however, interested firms may submit a written statement of their capabilities to provide these specialized services within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice. See note 22.
