Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. There are 16 Recruiting Offices in Central and Southern Ohio that are currently being cleaned by a variety of vendors. This Solicitation will combine these sites into one contract which will be awarded to one vendor. This is an All-or-None condition. Th e effective date is 01 May 2005, but there is only one site ready to be turned over on that date. The other 15 have various start dates from now to 30 April 2006. On 01 May 2006, all 16 sites will be cleaned in this one contract (1st Option Year, with 3 more Option Years available until the term ends on 30 April 2010.) Please submit your bid electronically (preferred)or by fax. Please pay attention to the Solicitation Insert for payment details and the various clauses for compliance purposes. You must complete the Representations and Certifications portion of the Solic itation. You must be CCR registered and you MUST be a Small Business (of any type). This solicitation is due on Monday, April 25 at 2 PM. Thank You.
