Description
Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth (NRCC-L) is seeking small business sources capable of providing analytical support services for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Analysis Center (TRAC), Fort Leavenworth (FLVN), Kansas and sup ported activities at other U.S. locations and TRAC, White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico and supported activities at other U.S. locations. The TRADOC Analysis Center (TRAC) is the principal operations research activity for the U.S. Army Training a nd Doctrine Command (TRADOC) and conducts analyses and studies that provide senior decision-makers with information necessary to make decisions regarding proposed concepts, requirements, and programs. This is accomplished by supporting leaders and soldier s with operations analyses, experimentation, warfighting scenarios, combat modeling and simulations, operational effectiveness analysis, and planning and decision aids. TRAC leads the TRADOC team in conducting major studies and analysis to support Army Do ctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Logistics, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) issues associated with the transforming Army. In providing this support, TRAC develops and maintains the analytic support infrastructure (tools, scenarios, data, and simulations) to enable analysis of Army combined arms operations in a joint and coalition context. TRAC also identifies critical warfighting requirements based on technologies and concepts, which would effectively and efficiently integrate operational cap abilities among the DOTMLPF areas. Services are classified under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541690, with a small business size of $6 million. Multiple awards for the TRAC-FLVN location and multiple awards for the TRAC-WSM R location are anticipated. Indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contracts are anticipated, each with a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Both the TRAC-FLVN and the TRAC-WSMR requirements are anticipated 1 00% small business set-asides. Responses shall include company name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, email address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number and CAGE Code. This notice is not a request for proposals and the Gover nment does not intend to pay for information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation from the information received. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, the information will be u sed in NRCC-Ls assessment of capable sources. Responses should be submitted by 2pm (Central Time) April 29, 2005.
