Description
HSG/YACLF intends to issue solicitation FA8902-05-R-1106 for PIN, SHOULDER HEADLESS, National Stock Number (NSN) 5315-01-456-2235MH, Part Number 800172, FSCM 92824. Relative NAICS code 336411. A three year, firm fixed price requirements type contract with quantity increments and no options is contemplated. See Export Control Information/Instructions to upload the attached file to view DRAWINGS. Total for the 3-year Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is 436 each. Size/Dimensions: Overall length 4.31?. Predominant material: 4130 steel. Function: Used on the C-135 P/CP seats. Delivery to Warner Robins AFB GA. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Response should be submitted no later than 30 days after synopsis appears. Note that telephone request cannot be honored. Only email, written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
