- NSN 4010-01-390-6506, Wire Rope Assembly. An ?export control? TDP exists for this NSN. Solicited as a 100% Hubzone set-aside. Only offers from Hubzone manufacturers or dealers providing Hubzone manufactured items will be considered. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. IAW QAP-002. Requested delivery is 40 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 484 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 121 each. The quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The solicitation includes a surge requirement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is April 29, 2005.
