- Description
- The U.S. Army, Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Picatinny, New Jersey intends to solicit, negotiate, and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) to Armtec Esterline, 85-901 Avenue 53, Coachella, CA 92236 to investigate the feasibility of the fabrication of the improved Combustible Cartridge Casings (CCC) for large caliber direct fire ammunition with an emphasis on new structural fibers for increased strengthand robustness. Any responsible/interested sources shall submit their qualifications and capabilities within 15 days of this notice to: Commander, US Army TACOM-ARDEC, ATTN: AMSTA-AQ-APF, Mr. Jeff McEnteer, jmcente@pica.army.mil, (973) 724-3992 Bldg. 9, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806- 5000 or submit the information electronically to the email address shown. Information submitted should include your organization, personnel, facilities, applicable subcontractor network and past experience to meet specific needs stated above. Include company name, address, telephone number, technical point of contact, item nomenclature, item description, and brochure/literature.
