- All Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) in order to be considered for award. Information on the registration process can be found on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. You may call 1-888-222-2423 for help. Project is for the supply and delivery of two (2) 50,000 lb capacity, three (3) axle tilt deck trailers. Estimated date of delivery is April 15, 2005. The project is being advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) rules. The Government intends to award to the offeror that represents the best value to the Government. Price and other factors will be considered and evaluated, including equipment availability and meeting specifications required. The Government intends to award without discussion.
