- NSN: 2995-00-980-2649, Part Number 471296, Revision “C”, dated 14 December 1972. PR No: RD050450210000. Total Estimated Annual Quantity (AEQ) 60 each. Solicitation will include a term of base year plus four option years. FOB Destination required, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Critical application item. Quantity variance is plus or minus 5%. There are seven approved sources of supply: Kreisler Industrial Corp. (Cage 05813), E.A. Patten Co. (Cage 05819), Lewis and Saunders Inc. (Cage 21890), Tube Bends Inc. (Cage 33830), Corry Mfg. Co. (Cage 91037), Tube Processing Corp. (Cage 96593) and Elano Corp. (Cage 96941). Solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis, under full and open competition procedures after exclusion of sources. The Government's required delivery schedule is 162 DARO for Stock. First Article Testing applies. This is an Export Control. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on the NSN. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
