- This is a modification to a previous presolicitation notice posted to FedBizOpps on January 11, 2005. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated January 2004 Northeast Region Revised February 2004. The solicitation will be available on or after January 24, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about February 22, 2005. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by this Agency. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-JAN-2005).
