- This sources sought announcement has been modified for HUB-Zone Set Aside. This is a sources sought announcement to measure the interest of Hub-Zone parties in reference to the future solicitation of a HVAC Maintenance contract for approximately 1160 housing central units and 7 window units. Contract is Firm Fixed-Price and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity. Contract period is Base year and Four Option Periods. The work will consist of service calls and recurring services, including development/implementation of a PM program. The Contractor shall exercise management skills to contact the family housing residents or building occupants prior to recurring services. Interested sources are requested to respond by email to mimsrs@efdsouth.navfac.navy.mil no later that 1600 hrs. 11 May 05. In your response, please provide your company name, address, and point of contact, phone number and email address. There is no solicitation at this time.
