- Z--Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to repair and maintain the service bridge located at the Cowanesque Dam located in Tioga, PA per the specifications and drawing layouts listed in the request for quotations. The solicitation pac kage can be downloaded from the website: https://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil No oral or written requests for the solicitation package will be honored. All vendors that provide a quotation must have Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at the time of award. The registration can be accomplished at the website: http://www.ccr.gov This requirement is set-aside for small businesses only. See Numbered Note 22 except change the forty-five (45)days to twenty-one (21) days. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-APR-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
