- Provide Piling, 50 each, 14 inch X 50 foot Spiral Weld Pipe, ASTM - A252, Grade 3, 14 inch outside diameter .500 (1/2 inch) wall thickness, 72 lbs. per foot, XH spiral weld or ERW steel pipe piling 50 foot length. The aforementioned material will be delivered f.o.b. destination to the Pine Bluff Marine Terminal, Arkansas, the cost of shipping should be included in the price of the item. No seperate payment will be made for shipping charges. The piling will be used to replace timber piling on docks. Th e NAICS code is 331111 with a size standard of 1000 employees. Solicitation will be posted on https://ecs.usace.army.mil/ on the issue date, on or about April 20, 2005, bids will be due on or about May 18, 2005. Vendors are requested to register as a plan holder in order to receive notice of any changes. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Governments best interest. All documents required fo r the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed.
